Personal data protection policy
We consider your privacy and personal data protection as a primary duty. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable EU legislation 2016/679 – GDPR.
What personal data do we collect?
personal data used for the unambiguous and unmistakable identification of Guest (identification data) and personal data enabling contact with the Guest (contact details)
identification data – name, surname, title, date of birth, permanent address, identity card number (ID, passport)
contact details – these particularly includes, the guest’s contact address, telephone number, fax, e-mail address and other similar information.
By proceeding in reservation, you consent that My Apart s.r.o, with main office at Školská 694/32, Praha 1 – Nové Město, Czech Republic, company registration number: 05104181, VAT No .: CZ05104181, registered in the Municipal Court in Prague C 258381 (further “My Apart”) collect necessary personal data, regarding to its legal obligation to proceed in the exercise of its activities prudently used for its business activities without undue legal and material risks.
Regarding to the contractual nature of the relationship between My Apart and the Guest, the provision of personal data is entirely voluntary, but is a condition for the conclusion of an agreement or the provision of a service.
Where does My Apart receive personal data from?
With direct agreement from Guest at booking or on arrival at the apartment
With direct consent from Guest through Internet Services (email, social networks)
All personal data from Guest, obtained with his / her direct consent, and any consents, are documented.
What are personal data used for?
by law, are submitted to the Foreign Police for control
according to the Act on the Selection of Accommodation Tax and Taxes to the City of Prague.
for their internal use, especially for analyzing, monitoring the quality of services, satisfaction of the Guests and optimizing the services and products provided
to inform Guest of new My Apart services or offers
Right to the correction of personal data

The right not to be the subject of an automated decision
Right of access to their data (the right to obtain a certificate from PD(personal data) administrator on the processing of the PD, the right to obtain a copy of the processed PD)
All Guest’s PD are consciously protected. Employees of My Apart, who use Guest’s personal data in the course of their duties, are bound by the statutory and contractual duty of confidentiality.
If the Guest discovers or considers that the processing of My Apart has infringed his rights, he may seek redress using all means provided by the applicable law (see § 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. protection of personal data and (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR)
By using our reservation system, you consent to the collection and use of personal data to that extent and you agree to the rules above.

These terms became effective on 25 May 2018.
